You could see this as sixty

Or fifty then plus ten

But let us just look forward

Not wish for way back when.

To George and Lou you're Grandma

To others just our Sal

To Andy you're tops Mother

To scholars you're a pal.

To Claire you're simply Goggins

To Dave his sister true

To Christiane a Godsend

To Liz a daughter too.

To Viv a mate in Amsterdam

To friends a helping hand

To each you are important

And each you understand.

But you are just my Sally

My partner and my mate

Companion through the future

Our love I celebrate.
