Without you there’s no Springtime

There’s just the end of frost

Without you there’s no romance

There’s just a heart that’s lost

Without you there’s no Summer

There’s just a longer day

Without you there’s no sweet home

There’s just a place to stay

Without you there’s no bistro

There’s just somewhere to eat

Without you there’s no chocolate

There’s just another sweet

Without you there’s no music

There’s just a string of notes

Without you there’s no Salcombe

There’s just the sea and boats

Without you there’s no Champagne

There’s just a cork and glass

Without you there’s no laughter

There’s just an empty farce

Without you there’s no sunset

There’s just the start of night

Without you there’s no moonglow

There’s just reflected light

Without you there’s no dreaming

There’s just the wait ‘til dawn

Without you there’s no rainbow

There’s just an endless storm
