Zoom Gloom
Once we met in meetings
Now in our Covid gloom
We sit in front of laptop
Supposed to link via Zoom
You try to get a word in
But then the sound cuts out
You see a group of people
But they can’t hear you shout
Their faces sometimes freeze up
It’s Wi-fi that’s to blame
If I had fibre optic
It might not be the same
Let’s hope they find a vaccine
So we can meet again
This so-called video conferencing
Is one almighty pain.
