Net Nero
Nero went on fiddling
While watching old Rome burn
Donald goes out golfing
As global markets learn
That tariffs aren't terrific
And don't free trade allow
Stocks all share the free fall
From Nikkei through to Dow
A bitter taste of medicine
From insulated Trump
Investments lose their value
As even hedge funds dump
He promised lower prices
And jobless full employ
But now in Main Street USA
There's worry more than joy
The world confronts recession
The pain felt everywhere
Except by White House bully -
This boastful billionaire.
