Framed by trees a Dial Hill view
In Easter Clevedon found
Sunday morning sunshine
Before the church bells sound
The lake a shining mirror,
Where early swimmers talk,
Above them landmark Salthouse -
Beyond the Poets' Walk
In distance Sand Bay headland
Where sea and sky combine
In foreground silent avenues
Which golden villas line.
